Education: BS in an Engineering discipline. MS or MBA preferred. Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute highly preferred
Experience:
10+ years of new product development project management experience with a technical
manufacturer, preferably involving machining, molding, and electrical assembly/test.
Demonstrated experience in Six Sigma tools, Lean Manufacturing, Project Management
Software.
Responsibilities:
Basic responsibilities are to ensure the success of new product development and commercial
introduction by coordinating with all levels of management. Develops and uses metrics to analyze trends, determine root causes for any deviations, recommend corrective action where required, and implement systems and procedures to prevent reoccurrence. Responsible for identifying and planning for all resources required to ensure new products meet required production and cost constraints.

Qualifications:

Technical skills / Special requirements
• Demonstrated computer skills (Microsoft office environment, internal network).
• Machine programming experience, CAD/CAM, Pro E necessary.
• Work environment will consist of regular exposure in a manufacturing setting.
• Must be able to provide proper documentation for occasional international / domestic travel.
